The difference between paying for all your traffic and getting half of it free is this workflow I just finished.
Heads been buried for the past few weeks building a system for social media traffic using AI avatars.
Not the fake AI slop stuff you’ve prob seen. I’m talking realistic short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels that actually drive traffic to your digital product offers.
And it’s working.
You can get FREE traffic that can lower your ad costs while building a following.
The plan isn’t to replace paid traffic tho, it’s to supplement it bc what you ultimately want is organic and paid working together.
Here’s exactly how I’m doing it:
The workflow is 5 steps:
- Grab a good headshot of yourself
- Clone it in Freepik
- Use ChatGPT with one image prompt to create a few scene variations
- Take those images and use one prompt to turn them into videos (use ElevenLabs voice cloning tool to clone your voice too if you want)
- Stitch them together
That’s it.
Here’s a few things I’ve learned along the way…
- Use ONLY Nano Banana Pro for image generation. As of today, it DUNKS on every other image model out there imo.
- Hailuo model for cheap video generation. You can do a lot of B-roll type stuff with this and its stupid cheap. You can even do A-roll as well, just know that it’ll prob need some editing.
- Kling for higher quality (costs a little bit more). I’ve been using this mostly and only use the next model below if it doesn’t give me what I’m looking for. Kling even has a “Motion Sync” feature where you can literally upload another video of someone doing smth and it’ll mimic it. So if that person is jumping and waving their hands or dancing, it will make YOUR avatar do the same thing. This one is nuts.
- Veo 3.1 (most expensive) for face closeups where you need the extra realism or maybe complicated scenes.

Not sure if you know this, but…
Radio guys in the 1930s through the 50s built huge followings without anyone ever seeing them.
Back then, voice and message mattered more than what they looked like.
Then when TV showed up, a lot of them couldn’t make the switch bc they had “radio faces”, but the ones who’d built real trust by showing up consistently? They made it work.
Not only that, but cartoon mascots took this even further.
Tony the Tiger, Ronald McDonald, the Geico Gecko…Sound familiar?
Completely made-up characters that made billions.
People don’t need “real” humans. They need someone they can trust who shows up.
You’re doing the same thing with AI avatars. It’s the same playbook that’s worked for 60+ years, just for you and your offer.
Simple.
Whether you like it or not, AI ain’t going anywhere.
And it’s getting better and better every single day.
Once you do this right, this creates a flywheel…meaning one thing feeds the other thing and they all work together.
Free traffic helps offset your ad costs, gets followers, feeds the same funnel and warms up the same people your paid ads are hitting.
Pretty damn cool.
And it gets even BETTER.

Big takeaway here is when you can create super realistic AI content and point it to amazing offers that solve actual problems…
You can build a HUGE digital product business without ever showing your face.
Plus, it’s just smart.
Start doing this sooner than later bc once you do, a LOT of new opportunities show up.
